Take notice that on the 22nd day of December 2004, an application for putting Q Group Holdings (2003) Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Rotorua.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on Monday, the 7th day of February 2005
at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Challenge Petroleum, whose address for service is at the offices of Buddle Findlay, Level Seventeen, State Insurance Tower, 1 Willis Street, Wellington (Attention: Anita Miller).
Documents for service on the plaintiff may be left at that address for service or may be:
(a) posted to the solicitor at P.O. Box 2694, Wellington; or
(b) left for the solicitor at a document exchange for direction to D.X. S.P. 20-201, Wellington.
