Regulations 1976
Pursuant to Regulation 88 of the Traffic Regulations 1976, and pursuant to the powers delegated to me, I, Laszlo Andras Hidvegi, Senior Engineer, Safer Vehicles Policy, hereby approve the brake testing device specified in Schedule 1 of this notice for the purpose of testing brakes according to the requirements of Regulation 68 of the Traffic Regulations 1976, subject to the conditions specified in Schedule 2.

Conditions
(i) This approval is valid only for the device
specified in Schedule 1 that has been modified
by Willowbank Electronics Limited.
(ii) The device must be calibrated and the calibration record must be kept as specified separately by Land Transport New Zealand.
(iii) This exemption may be revoked at any time.
