Pursuant to section 44A of the Public Finance Act 1989 and in accordance with the transitional provisions of the Public Finance Amendment Act 2004, the Road Safety Trust hereby gives notice that it has published its annual report
for the year ended 30 June 2005, containing its financial statements, audit report and statement of responsibility for the same period.
