By resolution of the Auckland Regional Council at its meeting held on 26 September 2005, and pursuant to section 24 of the Local Government (Auckland) Amendment Act 2004, the council appointed
Kerry Stotter
to be a director of Auckland Regional Holdings for a term from 29 September 2005 until 30 June 2008.
