Retirement Commissioner
Pursuant to section 44A of the Public Finance Act 1989 (as that section existed before the Public Finance Amendment Act 2004 came into force), the Minister for Social Development and Employment hereby gives notice that the annual report of the Retirement Commissioner for the year ended 30 June 2005, including financial statements, report of the Auditor-General and statement of responsibility, has been published.
