Pursuant to section 39 (2A) of the Public Finance Act 1989, the Responsible Minister hereby gives notice that the Parliamentary Commissioner for the Environment has published its annual report for the year ending 30 June 2005, containing its annual report pursuant to section 23 of the Environment Act 1986, its financial statements and its audit report for the period.
