Pursuant to section 6 of the Securities Markets Act 1988, the Securities Commission gives notice that:
Credit Suisse, a company incorporated under the laws of Switzerland, and any body corporate acting in its capacity as a member of a syndicate which holds security (either directly or through a security agent) from Rank Group Investments Limited over securities of Carter Holt Harvey Limited
are hereby designated as a class of persons to whom paragraph (a) of subsection (1) of section 6 applies.
