Pursuant to section 71 of the Commerce Act 1986,
the Commerce Commission authorises the supply of the controlled services defined by the Commerce (Control of Natural Gas Services) Order 2005 (as amended by the Commerce (Control of Natural Gas Services) Amendment Order 2005) by Powerco Limited and Vector Limited on the terms specified in the provisional authorisation.
The provisional authorisation has effect on and from
25 August 2005.
