By resolution of the Finance Committee of the Auckland Regional Council at its meeting held on 23 February 2005, and pursuant to section 24 of the Local Government (Auckland) Amendment Act 2004, the council appointed
Dr Joce Jesson
to be deputy chair of Auckland Regional Holdings with effect from the date of the resolution.
