Pursuant to section 161 (3) of the Land Transport Act 1998, notification is hereby given of the making of Land Transport Rule: Dangerous Goods 2005 (Rule 45001/1).
This rule will come into force on 27 June 2005.
Land Transport Rule: Dangerous Goods 2005 is available for inspection free of charge at the National Office of Land Transport New Zealand, 7-27 Waterloo Quay, Wellington, and for purchase from June 2005 at bookshops that sell legislation or direct from Wickliffe Limited, P.O. Box 932, Dunedin.
