1. Pursuant to section 172E (3) (b) of the Electricity Act 1992 (“the Act”), I notify that the Electricity Governance Amendment Rules (No. 10) 2004 (“the Amendment Rules”), which were made under urgency in accordance with section 172E (3) of the Act on 4 November 2004, will not be revoked, replaced or amended.
2. Pursuant to section 172E (3) (b) of the Act, the reasons for my decision not to revoke, replace or amend the Amendment Rules are that:
? no submission was received that required the Amendment Rules to be revoked, replaced or amended; and
? the reasons for making the Amendment Rules remain valid.
3. Copies of the Electricity Governance Rules 2003, including these Amendment Rules, may be inspected free of charge or purchased from the Electricity Commission, Level Seven, ASB Bank Tower, 2 Hunter Street, Wellington.
