Ordinary Rules
In accordance with section 34 (1) (a) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, the Minister for Transport Safety hereby gives notice of his intention to make the following ordinary Civil Aviation Rules:
Part 93—Special Aerodrome Traffic Rules and Noise Abatement Procedures – right-hand aerodrome traffic circuits and Paraparaumu aerodrome special aerodrome
traffic rules (NPRM 05-02, Docket 4/CAR/9).
Consequential Amendments
Part 1 – Definitions and Abbreviations
Part 71 – Designation and Classification of Airspace
Part 91 – General Operating and Flight Rules
Comments on the proposed rule should be submitted to the Docket Clerk by 22 April 2005.
Details of Notices of Proposed Rule Making (NPRM) are published in the Civil Aviation Rules Register Information Leaflet (CARRIL) dated 7 April 2005.
