Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
We advise that on the 17th day of December 2004, Stephen Mark Lawrence and John Trevor Whittfield, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of Vector Holdings Limited under the powers contained in
a general security agreement dated the 17th day of
January 2003, which property consists of all of the company's present and after acquired property, being all
the company's personal property and all other property.
