I, Derek Lawrence Farrelly, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, hereby give notice that on the 8th day of February 2005, Colin Lennox Taylor, Merilyn Clynne Taylor and Timothy John Goulding, holders of a security interest registered on the 9th day of May 2003, issued by the company in favour of the security holders, appointed me receiver of all the shares in Stirling Sports Franchises Limited and all
of the shares in Franchise Investments Limited including (without limitation) the proceeds of realisation or other disposal of the shares, benefits and other property.
