Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Southland Ostrich Export Corporation Limited, of Invercargill, on the 8th day of December 2005, appointed Roger Neil Wilson and Peter James Heenan, chartered accountants of Invercargill, as receivers and managers of the property of Avonlea Ostriches Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 28th day of August 2001, which property consists of all the undertaking and all
the property and assets of the company, whatsoever and wheresoever, situate both present or future, including uncalled capital, called capital but unpaid and goodwill
of all its business.

Ward Wilson, 62 Deveron Street (Private Bag 90-106), Invercargill.
