Andrew Marchel Oorschot, chartered accountant of Christchurch, hereby gives notice that on the 9th day
of December 2005, he was appointed as receiver and manager of the property of Colourpak Cartons Limited under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 8th day of July 2004 in respect of all the company’s present and after acquired property.
