Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Stephen John Tubbs and Malcolm Grant Hollis, chartered accountants of BDO Spicers, Christchurch, were appointed joint receivers and managers of Frontline Precast Limited on the 1st day of December 2005 under the terms of a general security agreement dated the 25th day of June 2002.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company’s present and after acquired property.
The Receivers’ and Managers’ Office Address is: BDO Spicers, Levels Six and Seven, Spicer House, 148 Victoria Street, Christchurch (Attention: Kyrene O’Donnell).
