Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Stephen John Tubbs and Malcolm Grant Hollis, chartered accountants of BDO Spicers, Christchurch, were appointed joint receivers and managers of Lyttelton Unity Trust Limited on the 1st day of December 2005 under the terms of a general security agreement dated the 16th day of March 2005.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company’s present and after acquired property.
