DB Breweries Limited, being the holder of a general security agreement dated the 6th day of May 2004 and registered on the Personal Property Security Register on the 7th day of July 2004, issued to it by Club340 Limited, appointed Neil Raymond Donnell and Paul John McCormick, chartered accountants of Auckland, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the undertaking, property and assets of the company.
