Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to the Receiverships Act 1993
Contributory Mortgage Nominees Limited, on the 9th day of November 2005 at 10.00 a.m., appointed Paul Graham Sargison and Gerald Stanley Rea, chartered accountants of Auckland, as receivers and managers of the property, undertakings and assets of Trans Tasman Hotel Corporation Limited (in liquidation), under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 7th day of October 2004 granted by Trans Tasman Hotel Corporation Limited (in liquidation).
