Notice of Cessation of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 3 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is given that, in accordance with section 29 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993, the receiver and manager, having now completed his duties, has filed the final report with the Registrar of Companies and has accordingly ceased to act as receiver and manager.
