Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
We advise that on the 21st day of October 2005, John Trevor Whittfield and Peri Micaela Finnigan, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of Bawa Overseas Corporation Limited under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 15th day of April 2005, which property consists of all present and after acquired personal property.
