Trevor Edwin Laing, insolvency specialist of Dunedin,
was appointed receiver of Cleopatra’s Revue Bar
(in receivership) on the 16th day of October 2005, by Ian Francis Loan under the terms of a general security agreement dated this 28th day of October 2004 issued to him by Elizabeth Amy Vercoe trading as Cleopatra’s Revue Bar.
The Property in Receivership is: All the collateral described in the general security agreement.
