Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 14th day of October 2005, Jeffrey Philip Meltzer and Arron Leslie Heath, chartered accountants, were appointed receivers and managers of
the property of Penney Trading Limited under the powers contained in a debenture/security agreement dated the 26th day of June 2003 given by that company.
The Property in Receivership is: All the company’s undertaking, property and assets.
