Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to the Receiverships Act 1993
Contributory Mortgage Nominees Limited, on the 10th day of October 2005 at 9.00 a.m., removed Stuart Douglas Robertson and appointed in his place Paul Graham Sargison and Gerald Stanley Rea, chartered accountants of Auckland, as receivers and managers of the property, undertakings and assets of Otahuna Lodge Limited (in receivership), under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated
the 14th day of April 2004 granted by Otahuna Lodge Limited (in receivership).
