Contributory Mortgage Nominees Limited, on the 10th day of October 2005 at 9.00 a.m., removed Stuart Douglas Robertson and appointed in his place Paul Graham Sargison and Gerald Stanley Rea, chartered accountants of Auckland, as receivers and managers of the property, undertakings
and assets of Otahuna Property Limited (in receivership and
in liquidation), under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 14th day of April 2004 granted by Otahuna Property Limited (in receivership and in liquidation).
