Colin Thomas McCloy and Richard Dale Agnew, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers of Venture 4x4 Motor Company Limited on the 23rd day of September 2005, under the terms of a security agreement dated the 21st day of May 2001.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company’s undertaking, property and assets.
The Receivers’ Office Address is: PricewaterhouseCoopers, 188 Quay Street (Private Bag 92-162), Auckland.
