Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On the 20th day of September 2005 at 2.00 p.m., Provincial Finance Limited, being the holder of a general security agreement dated the 30th day of April 2002, appointed Richard Grant Simpson and Ronald Walton, chartered accountants of Wellington, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the undertaking, property and assets of the company.
