Notice of Resignation of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 11 (4) of the Receiverships Act 1993
I, Anthony John McCullagh, chartered accountant of Horwath Corporate (Auckland) Limited, hereby give notice that on the 31st day of August 2005, I resigned as receiver and manager of Metrogroup Limited as appointed under
the registered deed of debenture dated the 17th day of November 1997 in favour of Telstra New Zealand Limited.
