We, Iain Bruce Shephard and Christine Margaret Dunphy, insolvency practitioners of Paraparaumu, whose offices are at 188 Kapiti Road (P.O. Box 1505), Paraparaumu Beach, do hereby give notice that we were on the 1st day of September 2005, appointed receivers and managers of the above-named company.
The Property in Receivership is: The assets and undertakings of Dyecleaners Limited, pursuant to a general security agreement dated the 17th day of January 2005 in favour of Nationwide Finance Limited, and covers all present and after acquired property.
