Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Brian Mayo-Smith and Robert John Knox, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed joint receivers and managers of Nicson 2003 Limited (in receivership) on the 25th day of August 2005 by Dalbeth Furnishers Limited under the terms of a general security agreement dated the 31st day of October 2003.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company’s undertaking, property and assets.
