We, Iain Bruce Shephard and Christine Margaret Dunphy, insolvency practitioners of Paraparaumu, whose offices are at 188 Kapiti Road (P.O. Box 1505), Paraparaumu Beach, do hereby give notice that we were on the 19th day of August 2005, appointed receivers and managers of the above-named company.
The Property in Receivership is: The assets and undertakings of Verco Holdings Limited, pursuant to a memorandum of mortgage dated the 8th day of October 2004, over all present and after acquired property.
