Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

We, Iain Bruce Shephard and Christine Margaret Dunphy, insolvency practitioners of Paraparaumu, whose offices are at 188 Kapiti Road (P.O. Box 1505), Paraparaumu Beach, do hereby give notice that we were on the 17th day of August 2005, appointed receivers and managers of the above-named companies.
The Property in Receivership is: The assets and undertakings of Wellington City Pharmacy Limited, Robert Johnson Pharmacy Limited and Hutt City Pharmacy Limited secured by a general security agreement dated the 4th day of March 2005, over all present and after acquired property.
