Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers Over Specific Assets
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Stephen John Tubbs and Brian Mayo-Smith, chartered accountants of BDO Spicers, Christchurch, were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of specific assets of Off-Road Haulage Limited on the 16th day of August 2005 at 2.00 p.m., by Westpac Banking Corporation under the terms of a specific security agreement dated the 21st day of May 2004.
The Property in Receivership is: Ten specific serial numbered vehicles comprising trucks and trailers.
