Notice of Appointment of Joint Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Stephen John Tubbs and Warren Michael Johnstone, chartered accountants of BDO Spicers, Christchurch,
were appointed joint receivers of Christopher John Erikson (“the grantor”) on the 12th day of August 2005, under the terms of a general security agreement.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the grantor’s present and after acquired personal property.
