Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Stephen John Tubbs, chartered accountant of Christchurch, and Brian Mayo-Smith, chartered accountant of Auckland, were appointed joint receivers and managers of Extreme Haulage Limited (in liquidation) on the 12th day of August 2005 by Westpac Banking Corporation, under the terms of a general security agreement dated the 21st day of May 2004.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company’s present and after acquired property.
