Notice of Resignation of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 11 (4) of the Receiverships Act 1993
I, Anthony John McCullagh, chartered accountant of Horwath Corporate (Auckland) Limited, hereby give notice that on the 10th day of August 2005 at 2.00 p.m., I resigned as receiver and manager of Camla Trustees Limited, as appointed under the general security agreement in favour of Bridgecorp Residential Limited, which was registered on the Personal Property Securities Register on the 8th day of July 2005.
