Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Stephen John Tubbs and Malcolm Grant Hollis,
chartered accountants of BDO Spicers, Christchurch, were appointed joint and several receivers of La Porchetta
- Christchurch Limited on the 21st day of July 2005 at 1.00 p.m., under the terms of a general security agreement dated the 4th day of September 2003.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company’s present and after acquired property.

Six and Seven, Spicer House, 148 Victoria Street Christchurch.
