Notice of Appointment of Receiver
I, Derek Lawrence Farrelly, hereby give notice that
on the 19th day of July 2005, Trillian Trust Inc., holders
of a general security agreement (GSA), dated the 20th
day of May 2004, issued by the company in favour of
the GSA holder, appointed me receiver of all of the undertaking, property and assets of Lifestylz Group
Limited (in receivership) under the powers contained in the GSA.
