Notice of Appointment of Receiver
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 12th day of July 2005, Raymond Gordon Burgess, accountant of Auckland, was appointed receiver of all of the property of Blend Nightclub Limited under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 2nd day of July 2003, given by that company.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company’s undertaking, property and assets.
