Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 6th day of July 2005, Arron Leslie Heath and Lloyd James Hayward, chartered accountants, were appointed receivers and managers of the property of Avoca Residential Limited under the powers contained in a security agreement dated the 2nd day of October 2002 given by that company.
The Property in Receivership is: All the company’s undertaking, property and assets.
