Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 6 (2) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 11th day of July 2005
at 3.17 p.m., Robert Laurie Merlo was appointed receiver and manager of the property of Boutique Tanneries Limited (struck off) under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 10th day of January 2003 given by that company.
The Property in Receivership is: All the company’s undertaking, property and assets.
