Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
I, Robin Michael Seal, hereby give notice that on the
15th day of June 2005 at 3.00 p.m., I was appointed receiver and manager of the assets and undertakings of Brookland
NZ Limited pursuant to a general security agreement dated the 15th day of June 1999.
Short Description of Property Charged Under the General Security Agreement: All assets and undertakings of the company.
The Office of the Receiver and Manager is at: BKR Walker Wayland Limited, Level Eight, BKR Centre, 53 Fort Street, Auckland.
