Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On the 13th day of June 2005 at 11.52 a.m., Richard Grant Simpson and Ronald Walton, chartered accountants of Wellington, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the undertaking, property and assets of the company pursuant to a general security agreement dated the 14th day of October 2003.
