Notice of Appointment of Receiver
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
I, George Stanley Brown, chartered accountant of Ashburton, give notice that on the 2nd day of June 2005, I was appointed receiver of the property of Importing Furniture New Zealand Co. Limited under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 20th day of August 2003 and registered on the Personal Property Securities Register on the 21st day of August 2003.
The Property in Receivership is: All the company’s undertaking, property and assets.
