Notice of Resignation of Joint Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 11 of the Receiverships Act 1993
We advise that on the 30th day of May 2005, Mark David Stevens and David William Hercus, insolvency practitioners of Wellington, will resign as joint receivers and managers under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 8th day of September 2004.
The position of receiver and manager will therefore become vacant from that day.
