Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On the 25th day of May 2005, we, Rowan John Chapman and Amanda-Jane Atkins, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed as receivers and managers of all the assets and undertakings of the above named companies.
The appointments are effective pursuant to powers conferred by security agreements granted by the companies.
