the Receiverships Act 1993, that on the 6th day of May 2005, Kevin David Pitfield and Gareth Russel Hoole
were appointed joint and several receivers and managers
of all the assets and undertakings of Settlement Fisherton Limited (in receivership), such assets comprising land for development at Mangawhai.
