Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Stephen John Tubbs and Warren Michael Johnstone, chartered accountants of BDO Spicers, Christchurch, were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of Installer Services (Group) Limited on the 9th day of May 2005 at 11.50 a.m., under the terms of a general security agreement dated the 8th day of April 2002.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company’s present and after acquired property.
The Joint Receivers’ and Managers’ Office Address is:

148 Victoria Street (P.O. Box 246), Christchurch.
