Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Stephen John Tubbs and Warren Michael Johnstone, chartered accountants of BDO Spicers, Christchurch, were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of Erikson Retail Concepts (NZ) Limited on the 3rd day
of May 2005 at 2.37 p.m., under the terms of a general security agreement dated the 25th day of June 2004.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company’s property charged by the agreement.
The Joint Receivers’ and Managers’ Office Address is: BDO Spicers, Levels Six and Seven, 148 Victoria Street
(P.O. Box 246), Christchurch.
